Return Windows
Standard Items:** You have **14 days** from the date of delivery to return an item.
Sale & Clearance Items:** All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be **unused, unworn**, and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in its **original packaging** (including any dust bags, boxes, or protective tags).
* Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, or misuse (such as snagging or pulling on delicate chain links), are not eligible for a return.
